Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened using a different name, email address, or mobile number by the same individual — will be closed, and any pending balances may be forfeited. Account Security & Responsibility

The sending wallet must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party wallet will be returned, minus any applicable transfer fees. 1qqq is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile banking provider.
Bonus Terms & Wagering
All bonuses offered by 1qqq — including the first-deposit welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and cashback — are subject to the conditions below. Accepting a bonus means you accept these terms.
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 230% match on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳450. This bonus may only be claimed once per account, mobile number, and device.
Wagering Requirement
All bonus funds (and any winnings generated from them) must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be requested. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in eligible wagers before it converts to withdrawable cash.
Reload & Cashback
A 26% reload bonus is available on subsequent deposits, subject to the same 25× wagering requirement. A daily cashback of 1.2% is credited to eligible accounts automatically — no wagering requirement applies to cashback credits.

1qqq reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse is detected. Bonuses that have expired without meeting the wagering requirement are forfeited without compensation.
Withdrawals & KYC
Withdrawals are processed to your registered mobile wallet only. The same wallet you used to deposit must be used for withdrawals — we do not send funds to unverified or third-party wallets.

KYC Verification
Before your first withdrawal is released, you must complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents are: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Limitation of Our Liability
1qqq provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in any calendar month is capped at the net deposits you made in that same month.
We are not responsible for losses arising from: your decision to place a wager; losses from expired bonuses; delays caused by third-party payment providers; or actions taken by game providers in accordance with their own terms.
